OVERVIEW

As an vendor at our "Mountain Rendez-Vous" French Cultural Expo 2013 inaugural event, you will be a part of the addition of a second major festival in the Mattawa-Bonfield region. The purpose is to bring together residents, stakeholders, visitors and tourists to learn about and celebrate French culture and history. This fresh new bilingual weekend of fun will feature French live musical entertainment and cuisine on Saturday, June 29th along with activities for children and youth, a "Voyageur Show" for all ages, "Voyageur Games", "Community Contests", as well as a "Community Dance". This will be followed by Sunday celebrations involving local restaurants, museum tours and fun at the movies. Monday activities will focus on Canada Day Celebrations taking place at Explorer's Point. The "Mountain Rendez-Vous" French Cultural Expo 2013 will provide a great opportunity for you to promote your business or organization, sell merchandise, create awareness, or solicit donations, etc. Join us on June 29th in downtown Mattawa, Ontario where you'll find a fun, friendly and welcoming bilingual environment and audiences from across our target area communities. We hope to see you there!

VENDOR SPACES

NOTE: Vendor spaces are available on Saturday, June 29th only.
Types of Vendor Space are:

  1. Commercial Space (commercial vendors, fundraisers) - 10' x 20' (please include photo or drawing, with dimensions, when registering). Commercial Space does not include a table or chairs.
  2. Non-Commercial Space (artisans, non-profit organizations) 10' x 10' (please include photo or drawing, with dimensions, when registering). Non-Commercial Space does not include a table or chairs.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation must be received by email prior to June 12, 2013. There will be no refunds after this date. Registration fees will be refunded, less 15%.
